How are appointments scheduled?
We offer convenient scheduling by telephone or FAX. Many times, your examination can be performed on the same day that we receive a request from your doctor. If our schedule is completely filled, our usual waiting time is no more than two or three days.
What are your hours?
Our hours of operation are as follows:
M-F - 7am to 7pm for CT and MRI
M-F - 7.30am to 5pm for Ultrasound
M-F - 8.00am to 4.30pm for Xray
T-F - 7.30am to 4.00pm for Nuclear Medicine
Clifton Park Advanced Imaging –
M-F - 8.00am to 4.30pm for Ultrasound, Xray and Ultrasound
M-F - 8.30 am to 5.00pm for MRI and CT
Standard office hours Monday through Thursday 7am until 7pm and Fridays from 7.30am until 4pm.
May I ask my doctor to send me to Albany Advanced Imaging?
Of course! We work closely with and accept referrals from any licensed healthcare provider (physician, osteopathic physician, chiropractor, physician's assistant, nurse practitioner, oral surgeon, podiatrist). Most practitioners are quite receptive to their patients' requests and preferences regarding their own health care. We are proud of the high level of patient and referring provider satisfaction.
May a friend or family member accompany me?
Yes. We welcome patients and their friends or family. Please exercise good judgement with regard to the number of persons accompanying you. We are unable to provide supervision of infants or young children for patients undergoing imaging examinations.
How will I get the results of my imaging exam?
We will issue a prompt, accurate report generally on the same day as your imaging exam. You will obtain the results from the referring healthcare provider. Follow up with him/her as directed.
Many of our referring physicians have on-line access to their patients images, however we can also provide a CD of the report/image to patients on the same day as the appointment if requested.
